Out of respect for all our patrons and performers, Napa Valley College Performing Arts events begin on time. Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager and will be permitted only at a safe and appropriate time once the performance has begun. Latecomers might not be seated in their reserved seats, but in seats where they will not disturb other patrons. If you do not arrive on time, and you do not notify us that you are running late, we reserve the right to release your tickets.
In the rare case of a cancellation, we will offer the ticket holder an exchange. There are no refunds.
By phone: 707-256-7500 (leave a message and you will be called back)
Online: www.napavalleytheater.org
In person: Tickets are on sale in the box office one hour prior to performance. Walk-up tickets are not guaranteed as shows do sell out! Pre-purchasing by phone or online is highly recommended.
Wheelchairs: We have full wheelchair access. Please call the box office to arrange for wheelchair seating. 707-256-7500
Assisted Listening: We do have assisted listening devices available. They are most beneficial in the Main Theater. The Studio Theater and Silvagni Recital Hall are intimate and the devices do not help much in those spaces. Please ask for the device when you order by phone or when you pick up your tickets at the box office.
ASL Interpreters: If you plan to bring a sign language interpreter to the show (we do not have interpreters available) please let the box office know at least 48 hours in advance so we may be certain to have adequate lighting and seating for you and your interpreter.
Animals: No animals are allowed on campus, with the exception of service dogs.
