Creative Adventures are fun and interactive field trips. Students along with their teachers and parents journey into the wonderful world of theater and music through a guided tour and workshop at the new Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center.
NVC on Tour has reached over 5000 students by bringing forty five minute productions to elementary, middle and high schools. Past elementary school productions have included The Emperors New Clothes, Magic Theater, Wolf Child: The Correction of Joseph, Flights of Fancy and Disney's Aladdin. In 2003, Napa Valley College began touring productions (Dead Man Walking and Bang. Bang, You’re Dead) to high schools.
School Partnerships have provided thousands of young people with the opportunity to perform in music and drama presentations at Napa Valley College.
Young Actors Conservatory offers after-school classes and summer theater day camps which focus on developing the imagination, communication skills, collaborative problem-solving, and performance techniques.
